Fried Sole Fish with Asparagus

Ingredients:
Asparagus 200g
Sole Fish fillet 250g
1 Spring Onion sliced thinly
Sauce:
PRB Seasoned Soy Sauce for Seafood 50ml
½ teaspoon Salt to taste
½ teaspoon Corn Starch
Method:
1. Cut the asparagus into pieces
and set aside, slice the sole fish into pieces, marinade with pepper powder and
corn starch for 10-15 minutes.
2. Fry the asparagus in the wok
over high heat for 1 minute,seasoning with salt and set aside.
3. Fry the spring onion,add sole
fish and stir for couple of minutes, seasoning with PRB Seasoned Soy Sauce for
Seafood.
4. Stir in the asparagus and cook
for 2 minutes and serve hot.
